(NB Though the car park operates 24/7, the main car park gates are locked between the hours of 6.30pm and 5am on weekdays and all times on weekends).

To retrieve your vehicle after the main car park gates are closed:
- if you are a drive up parker (ie you pulled a ticket on entry), please insert the 6 digit number on your parking ticket into the pin pad located outside the car park pedestrian door.
- if you are an online booking customer, please scan your booking QR code at the pin pad located outside the car park pedestrian door.
- If you have any issues with access please press the car park entry intercom or call 1300 070 758 to return to your vehicle.

Car Park Conditions:

Early Bird Conditions

Enter between 6:30am - 9:30am. Exit between 2:00pm - 6:30pm. Monday - Friday only.
Should you fail to meet the Early Bird entry and exit time restrictions, you will be charged additional hourly parking fees.

Night Rate Conditions

Enter after 6:30pm and exit before 6:30am the next day.

Weekend Rate Conditions

Available Saturday & Sunday. Flat rate per exit, per day. Enter after 6:30am and then exit before 6:30am the next day.

Online PrePay QR Code

Prepayment can be made via the Cornerstone Parking website. The QR code you will recieve in your confirmation email must be scanned to enter/exit the car park if you've prepaid for your parking. You can download the QR code to your mobile phone wallet and scan directly from your device screen or print the QR code to paper and scan the printed copy.

You can pre-pay online up to 14 days in advance. Please note: Whilst we try to ensure that a parking space will be available, pre-paying online does not reserve or guarantee you a parking space for the time, date or car park that you nominate. All pre-paid parking spaces are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis on arrival. Circumstances beyond our control may impact availability resulting in parking spaces not being available. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we may request you to park at another nearby Cornerstone location or else we will offer you a full refund.
