After the massive success of his 2022 tour which resulted in two sold out Brisbane Convention Centres – JIM JEFFERIES is back in Brisbane for a ONE NIGHT ONLY performance at The Fortitude Music Hall.
He blew fans away and sold-out multiple theatres on his debut visit down under…now, Frontier Touring is thrilled to welcome back US vocal powerhouse and live phenomenon Teddy Swims, returning to Australia and New Zealand in August 2023!
With his electric live band Freak Freely behind him and part of his (northern hemisphere) Summer 2023 International Tour, Swims will perform the UK, Ireland, Philippines, Singapore, Japan and Australia – Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne – starting early July, closing his latest run in New Zealand with an exclusive Auckland date.
Teddy Swims (born Jaten Dimsdale) is a lover. Merging honeyed soul with raucous rock energy and pleasing pop hooks, Swims writes nearly all his songs about falling in or out of romantic entanglements. “To me, that’s just all there is,” he says. “You’re either making love or crying about it.” With 800+ million global streams and a social following exceeding 10 million, Teddy’s songs of devotion have clearly connected. Part of reaching that audience, for him, is getting to show his love in person. Says Swims, there are always more new friends to bare his soul to: “I’m so excited to meet people and shake hands and hug necks.”
In the US, Swims has appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Today, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Ellen, The Late Late Show With James Corden, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, plus collaborated with Meghan Trainor, ILLENIUM, MK, and BURNS. In 2022, Swims went viral all over again thanks to his cover of the Journey classic “Don’t Stop Believin’” – 80 million views and counting, Journey founder Neal Schon appearing with Swims on US TV sensation America’s Got Talent.
These shows are a must-see, as Swims takes his show-stopping live show across the globe in 2023, showcasing his signature eclectic style on stage.
