Car parks are often the first and last point of contact that a visitor has with a building. As a professional car park operator, we are therefore aware of the need for our staff and our car parks to create an outstanding first and last impression. We also appreciate that our car parks, rather than being end destinations in themselves, are often the facility via which visitors access their intended destination. For this reason, we aim to ensure that the parking experience we provide always aligns with the quality of the building/facility that our car parks serve.
Cornerstone uses our extensive management experience to maximise the revenue and minimise the operating costs of every car park we operate. We provide a boutique, highly professional car park management, consulting and equipment recommendation service for all types of car parks. In terms of operating agreements, we provide owners with an array of options including the following.
⇾ Management Fee
⇾ Profit/Revenue Share
⇾ BOOT Scheme
Cornerstone keeps abreast of and wherever possible implements the latest parking technologies. Rather than being committed to one particular supplier, we use a range of equipment from leading suppliers – simply choosing the best equipment solution to suit each car park. The various systems/ methods we employ for operating our car parks are as follows:
⇾ Remote Car Park Monitoring
⇾ Pay on Foot (ie. Boomgate-Controlled) Parking
⇾ Pay & Display/Pay-by-Plate Parking
⇾ Car Park Patrolling/Enforcement
⇾ Special Event Parking
⇾ Car Parking Permits
Cornerstone was the first company to introduce licence plate recognition (LPR) technology into a Queensland shopping centre car park – at “Homemaker The Valley” in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Elsewhere we have also implemented pay by phone systems as well as establishing a number of unmanned, 24-hour remotely monitored sites. All our parking staff are carefully selected, fully trained and impeccably attired to ensure that they deliver an outstanding service.
Cornerstone also has its own car park patrolling and enforcement division (called “CP Enforcement”) which monitors and controls parking in any of our car parks without boomgates where time restrictions or paid parking applies. Our CP Enforcement staff regularly patrol our car parks checking for unauthorised parking, issuing breach of contract notices to any offenders.
